Covid 19 Survival Guide

Hi everybody, just wanted to share some useful information to help you during these challenging times.

Your body has a built in defense system that protects and helps you to fight off all the bugs out there, it is your Immune system. All healing comes from inside out so your best defense is keeping your body and Immune system operating at or close to 100%.

Regular adjustments will help keep your body’s “power switches turned on” so that everything including your immune system will be powered up and ready to help protect you! I am staying open as usual and will take care of your adjustment needs, all you have to do is come on in (you can only watch so much Netflix after all…)

Stress is what knocks us out of whack and the hardest stress that will knock down your Immune function is Emotional Stress. So let’s talk about how to reduce this stress. First I would stop watching so much regular news stations as they are good at reporting all kinds of wild numbers and predictions that can cause people to freak out and hoard toilet paper! Seriously, we need to get perspective about what the real threats are here. This Corona virus is similar to a mild flu, it is not the Bubonic plague or anything so even if you get it (as long as you don’t have any real health complications) you will most likely have flu like symptoms then get better. This is what I am doing for myself and family to keep our stress levels down and immune system up:

  • Regular adjustments 
  • Good nutrition and plenty of water
  • Regular exercise especially outdoors in nature
  • Washing hands regularly with soap and water (proven way more effective than the sold out hand sanitizers)
  • Not watching the regular news or buying into the “doomsday” scenarios and “statistics” being thrown around everywhere
  • Keeping in Faith: Worry about Nothing; Pray about Everything, Be Thankful for Anything. There is a great sermon about all this by my Pastor that really helped us. You can see it here: https://sandalschurch.com/watch

So, there is no traffic, you don’t have much to do since everything’s closed so you might as well come in for your adjustment! I am here to help you anyway I can and I know these shutdowns have impacted people’s income so remember, as always, I never turn anyone away due to finances, if you want help I will make it happen.
